1. Sponsor

The Summer Giveaway (“Promotion”) is sponsored by Rendr Creativ, located at 1377 Kass Cir, Spring Hill, FL 34606 (“Sponsor”).

2. Eligibility

The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, contractors, or immediate family members of Rendr Creativ are not eligible to participate. The Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

3. Giveaway Period

The Giveaway begins at 12:00 AM EST on August 1, 2025, and ends at 11:59 PM EST on August 31, 2025 (“Giveaway Period”). Entries submitted outside this time frame will not be considered.

4. How to Enter

To qualify for entry, participants must complete all of the following within the Giveaway Period:

• Make a single purchase of $300 or more (pre-tax/shipping) from Rendr Creativ;
• Leave a Google review for Rendr Creativ using the same name or email address associated with your purchase;
• Be at least 18 years old at the time of entry.

Only one (1) entry per qualifying purchase. Incomplete, unverifiable, or duplicate entries may be disqualified at Sponsor’s discretion. No alternate method of entry is available.

5. Prize

One (1) winner will receive a $150 merchandise credit to be used with Rendr Creativ (Approximate Retail Value: $150).

The credit is non-transferable, not redeemable for cash, and must be used on merchandise or services provided by Rendr Creativ. The prize must be redeemed within one (1) year from the date of issuance.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

One (1) winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries on or around September 5, 2025. The winner will be notified via the contact information provided during purchase. The winner must respond within seven (7) days to accept the prize. Failure to respond in time may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

7. Publicity

By entering, participants grant Rendr Creativ permission to use their name, city, likeness, and review (in whole or in part) for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

8. Limitation of Liability

Participants release and hold harmless Rendr Creativ and its employees from any liability, claims, or damages arising from participation in the Giveaway or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize. Sponsor is not responsible for technical failures, lost entries, or any other errors that may affect entry or winner selection.

9. Privacy

Personal information collected during the Giveaway will be used solely for administering the promotion and in accordance with Rendr Creativ’s privacy practices.

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Google or any third-party platforms.
